We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15484922 and our registered address is at 35 Ballards Lane, London N3 1XW. For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), we are the “data controller” and we have notified the Information Commissioner’s Office that we process personal data (under registration number C1450189).

The information you provide to us will be stored and processed on servers based within the United Kingdom but we reserve the right to store the data on carefully selected portable devices, in paper files, and to transfer data abroad, eg using sales force privacy shield. All of the data that we hold is securely stored via our licence user agreement via sales force, the CRM that we use to securely manage our files.

Our staff are well versed in do’s and don’ts when it comes to data and regularly attend courses.

We have an auto archive system within our CRM software that allows us to remove any personal information we hold on you.
